1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Any account found to be operated by an individual under the age of 18 may be suspended or permanently terminated immediately, without notice and without any refund.

"Services" — educational courses, training programs, mentorship, community access, freelance facilitation, events, and related offerings. StoneCircle operates as an education and training platform and a community-based freelance enablement ecosystem. StoneCircle provides skill-based learning, guidance, and access to a professional community. We do not guarantee employment, freelance income, client acquisition, or financial success. Services may be modified, updated, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

5. Account Registration & Security

Users agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information; maintain the confidentiality of login credentials; and be fully responsible for all activity under their account. StoneCircle reserves the right to verify user information and suspend or terminate accounts that provide false, misleading, or incomplete details.

6. Payments, Fees & No Refund Policy

All fees must be paid in full as specified at the time of purchase. All purchases made on StoneCircle are final and non-refundable. No refunds will be provided at any stage — including for partial usage, dissatisfaction, non-attendance, or account suspension. This applies to all courses, programs, and services without exception. By completing a purchase, you explicitly agree to this no-refund policy.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property on the platform — including course content, videos, branding, logos, designs, and written materials — is the exclusive property of StoneCircle or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-commercial license to access content for personal use only. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, resell, modify, or publicly display any StoneCircle content without prior written permission.

8. User-Generated Content

By submitting content, you retain ownership of your content and grant StoneCircle a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, modify, and distribute such content for platform operations and marketing. StoneCircle reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

9. Community Guidelines & Code of Conduct

Strictly prohibited: harassment, abuse, or hate speech; defamation or public disparagement of StoneCircle; misleading claims or scams; spamming or solicitation; disruption of community harmony. StoneCircle reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove any user who misbehaves, without prior notice and without refund.

10. Freelancers & Companies Disclaimer

StoneCircle is a facilitator only. We are not an employer, agent, or guarantor. We do not mediate or guarantee freelance outcomes, and are not responsible for disputes, payments, quality of work, or agreements between users. All engagements occur at users' own risk.

11. Data Collection & Privacy

StoneCircle collects personal data including name, email address, phone number, occupation, and interests. This data may be used for sales and follow-ups, marketing and promotional communication, customer experience improvement, and product and service enhancement. 12. Third-Party Services & Links

The platform may contain links or integrations with third-party tools and services. StoneCircle is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties.

13. Limitation of Liability

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

17. International Users

Users accessing the platform from outside India do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws. By using the platform, international users agree to these Terms and Indian jurisdiction.

18–20. Modifications, Severability & Entire Agreement

StoneCircle reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
